Individual Coaching Options/Prices

Welcome!  Here are five career coaching options that I am offering new clients this winter and early spring. If any of these coaching options interest you, please call or email me.  We can set a complementary meeting by telephone or in-person to see if career coaching is a good match for you at this time. I look forward to hearing from you!

1. Redesigning Your Career Path for 2012
($325/month all  inclusive) ($250/month after 3 months) ($250 returning clients/family members)

• Expanded customized program designed to meet unique needs, pace and interest
• Individual office (or telephone) visits 3x per month (minimum of three months)
• Myers Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI)
• Additional career assessments; career resource binder and one career development book included
• Assistance with informational interviewing & networking contacts
• Spot coaching (telephone & email) throughout the month
• Focus is on identifying a clear career direction; removing blocks to action; putting structures in place for success and final transition into new career path.

2. Mastering Your Current Job for Security & Advancement
($300/month) ($225/month after 3 months) ($225 returning clients/family members)

• 12-week (three month) coaching program
• Individual office (or telephone) visits 3x per month
• Myers Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI)
• Spot coaching (telephone & email) throughout the month
• Focus is on identifying and mobilizing career strengths to ensure job security and to position oneself for career advancement.

3. Three Month Intensive “Now What?” Career & Life Coaching Program
($275/month by telephone) (10% discount if paid in full)

• 9 weeks (three months) intensive coaching program
• Fast-paced action-oriented with clear results
• Based on Laura Fortgang’s “Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction”
• “Now What?” book and workbook included
• Focus is on identifying a new life direction and making that happen within 90 days.

 4.  Quick Start!  3 Career Assessments with Laser Coaching
($175 for assessment program) ($75 for MBTI only)

• Two sessions to quick start a successful career transition
• On-line career assessments (Values & Career Liftoff & Myers-Briggs MBTI)
• Review of assessment results with laser coaching on how to move
  forward in a new career direction

5.  Career Coach Partner Program – Reduced Cost Option
($150/month) (contract may be renegotiated after 3 months with individual coach

This coaching option allows graduates of the Career Coach Academy (CCMCs) to build hours for advanced credentialing. This option is excellent for career explorers interested in a new career direction for themselves or reentering the job market. Prendergast is the mentor coach for each CCMC providing an additional level of expertise and support.

• Individual telephone or in-person visits 3x per month (minimum of three months)
• Option for a comprehensive career assessment (on-line $19.99) to identify career strengths & matching industry/job title possibilities
• Development of a targeted career goal & plan; time frame with benchmarks and a strategy for managing the career transition process
• Guidance on research strategies including on-line resources, Informational interviewing and networking contacts & skill building
• Focus is on identifying a clear career direction; removing blocks to action; putting structures in place for success and final transition into new career path.
